Refund and Ticket Transfer Policy – 3rd Annual Samara Bitcoin Golf Championship 2026

Event Date: April 26th, 2026

We want you to have a fantastic experience at the Bitcoin Golf Championship. Below is our refund and ticket transfer policy, designed to provide both flexibility and clarity.

1. Refund Process Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after your request has been approved.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at Contact@BitcoinSports.Network with the following details:

  • Invoice number
  • Full name
  • Reason for the refund

3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available based on the time of your request relative to the event date:

  • Full Refund: Requests made by February 25th, 2026 (60 days before the event).
  • 50% Refund: Requests made between February 26th and March 27th, 2026 (30–59 days before the event).
  • No Refunds: Requests made on or after April 12th, 2026 (within 2 weeks of the event).

Note: Tickets must be purchased through the official event website to qualify for a refund.

4. Non-Refundable Items or Fees

Transaction fees and third-party service charges are non-refundable.

5. Transferability of Tickets

Tickets can be transferred to another individual if you are unable to attend. To transfer a ticket:

  • Send an email to Contact@BitcoinSports.Network at least 7 days before the event.
  • Include your invoice number, your name, and the full name and contact email of the new ticket holder.

All transfer requests are subject to verification and approval.

6. Event Cancellation or Postponement

If the event is canceled or rescheduled, you will receive a full refund, including any transaction fees. In the case of rescheduling, ticket holders will be notified and given the option to request a refund if unable to attend the new date.

7. Force Majeure Clause

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, government actions), refunds may not be guaranteed. However, we will work to resolve the matter as fairly as possible.

8. Refund Approval and Conditions

All refund requests are subject to internal review and approval. In exceptional cases or disputes, we reserve the right to assess eligibility individually.

9. Refunds to Original Payment Method

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
